Re: MD5 Checksum Failure for flac upload |
Update: I used MD5 sum to generate a .md5 file from the .flac files, uploaded it, and pasted the contents of the .md5 file into the "MD5 contents" pane in the "arrange an upload" page. I've marked it as resolved in the contributions center, so here's hoping it works.
Thanks,
Brad

Re: MD5 Checksum Failure for flac upload |
Hi Brad, you need to upload that MD5 to the same folder as the FLAC files, then click "Mark Resolved". "MD5 Failed" is a generic error indicating that the files fail their integrity check - in this case the FLAC -t test failed.

Re: MD5 Checksum Failure for flac upload |
After generating and uploading the .md5 file, and pasting the MD5 contents in, it all started working properly. It turns out that I did have one file that hadn't transferred properly, and after re-uploading that file, the rest went just fine.
Thanks,
Brad
